Chongqing Sanfeng Baiguoyuan Environmental Energy Co., Ltd. is a waste-to-energy BOT project company wholly owned by Sanfeng Environment Group. Located in Jiangjin District, Southwest of Chongqing, it was put into operation in June 2018, with franchise term of 30 years.

Baiguoyuan WTE project has a treatment capacity of 4,500 TPD, with 6*750 TPD waste incinerators and 3*35 MW steam turbine generator sets. It adopts Sanfeng SITY2000 waste incineration and flue gas cleaning technology, and the emission can meet DIRECTIVE 2010/75/EU standards. The project can treat about 50% of MSW generated from Chongqing downtown area and is capable of supplying electricity for 400,000 households' daily living.

The-state-of-the-art design creatively combines industrial function with Chongqing’s mountainous landscape feature, and has become one of the most favorite visiting sites and a local landmark.
